Marketing Staff (2 Positions)

Salary: According to company structure

Job Responsibilities:

Drive sales to meet the targets set in the business plan.
Participate in the development of marketing strategies and the company’s product improvement plans.
Monitor competitor product movements and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Plan and implement both online and offline communication to promote products.
Expand customer base and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and complaints.

Candidate Qualifications:

Male/Female, aged 22 and above (male candidates must have completed military service).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
Creative, highly responsible, and detail-oriented.
Proficient in online and offline marketing strategies.
Strong strategic planning, data analysis, and product presentation skills.
Skilled in negotiation, persuasion, and influencing others.
Willing to travel to other provinces and work overtime as needed.
